Click + Connect – Event Information & T's & C's
Click + Connect events are held quarterly, approximately every 3 months, and take place on Sundays with arrival from 10:00am. Events generally run for approximately 2 hours, however some special events may run for up to 3 hours. We don't want to take up your whole day.
Once everyone's arrived, we usually begin with a casual welcome and introduction circle before diving into the creativity, connection, and content creation for the day. These events are designed to give creatives and business owners dedicated content time for their business, the opportunity to explore new spaces, collaborate with photographers and other attendees, and meet like-minded people in a supportive environment.
As your host, I’m always happy to spend 5–10 minutes helping you capture some content or photos, especially if you’ve come along solo. As a fellow anxiety girly, I completely understand how intimidating new events and unfamiliar spaces can feel.
Honestly, the whole reason I created Click + Connect was because I was tired of attending networking events that felt overwhelming, cliquey, or anxiety-inducing. I wanted to create something that felt relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely supportive for creatives at all stages of business. To help maintain that environment, events are intentionally kept small and intimate, with no more than 20 attendees. I’m incredibly proud of the creatives who put themselves out there, attend their first event, and often return feeling more confident and connected each time.
Click + Connect is built on collaboration, reciprocity, and community. While attendees regularly receive multiple images from each event, often exceeding the value of a standard photoshoot, there is no guaranteed number of images provided. The experience relies on attendees respectfully sharing content, supporting one another, and contributing to the collaborative nature of the day.
My priority as host is to create a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable experience where everyone feels included and leaves with valuable connections, content, and memories. While outcomes may vary from event to event, I will always do my best to ensure attendees feel supported and have a positive experience.
Click + Connect is independently owned and operated by me through Daniche Creative as a sole trader photography business. All event planning, administration, communication, social media management, and coordination is managed solely by me, so I truly appreciate your patience and understanding with response times and event updates.
The Click + Connect Instagram page (@clickandconnect.au) was created to share the magic you create and it's always encouraged to be added as a collaborator on posts, reels, and shared content captured during the events. I absolutely love seeing everyone’s creativity and supporting attendee businesses online.
Refunds & Ticket Transfers
- Refunds are available up to 1 month prior to the event date.
- Within 1 month of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Click + Connect event within the following 2 events (approximately 6 months).
- For example, if you are unable to attend the June event, your ticket may be carried over to either the September or December event of the same calendar year.
- Ticket transfers must be arranged prior to the original event date.
By attending a Click + Connect event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Content and image delivery is collaborative and not guaranteed.
- You may appear in behind-the-scenes content captured during the event.
- Respectful behaviour toward all attendees is expected at all times.
- Event details, schedules, and locations may occasionally change if required.
Most importantly, these events are about creativity, connection, confidence, and having fun.
